6) Red Chili Powder  -  1 tsp  bought or homemade 

7) Garam Masala  - 2 tsp bought or homemade 

8) Parotta-Salna - 2 cusps bought or homemade 

9) Chicken Masala  - 2 tsp bought or homemade 

10) Egg - 3 egg  store-bought

11) Salt - for your taste

Optional- Ingredients

12)  Cooked Chicken, Mutton, or Mixed Vegetables  - 1/2 Cups

Step-by-Step Recipe for Kothu Parotta


Step 1: Prepare the Parotta

  • Shred the parotta into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • If using frozen parotta, heat and cook until flaky before shredding.


Step 2: Make the Masala    

  • Heat oil in a pan or saute pan
  • Saute onions until golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
