Introduction

Ingredients:

  • 4 Parottas (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon red chili (or) Kashmiri Chilli powder 
  • 2 tablespoon Chicken masala
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1-2 green chilies (Optional)
  • ginger-garlic paste (Optional)
  • Fresh coriander leaves 
  • 1/2 tumbler of water
  • Salt for your taste 

Instructions:


Step 1: Prepare The Parottas







If you are using store-bought Parottas, heat them on a tawa (pan) until crispy on both sides. Once cooked, cut them into small strips and set aside. If you’re making homemade parathas, prepare them in advance, making sure they are well-cooked and crispy.


Step-2  Prepare The Vegetables 



If take 2 medium-sized onions, thinly cutting it sliced and take 1 medium tomato, cutting it small size and (optionally) take 1-2 green chilies finely chopped in small size you can more spicy food added it other wire ignore it .


 Step-3  Sauté the Vegetables




In a take large pan (or) saute pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown. Then, (Optional) add the ginger-garlic paste and 1-2 green chilies (Optional)
stir for about a minute until fragrant. After add it your already cut it 1 medium tomato and stir it well after going green smell .


Step-4  Add the Spices





Now added it 2 tablespoon Chicken masala ,1 teaspoon black pepper powder ,1 tablespoon red chili (or) Kashmiri Chilli powder ,Salt for your taste  stir it in 2 mins after going masala green smell added
helf tumbler of water .

Step 5: Combine the Parotas 



Add the paratas strips to the pan and toss them well with the spicy veggie mixture. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the parathas soak up all the flavors of the spices.


Step 6 : Serves it friends and family members 


Turn off the stove and your Chilli Parotta is Ready with freshly chopped coriander leaves.stir it to serve the friends and family members
